Lenses For Computer Use

Hi all. I am wondering if there are clear lenses out there that can be used specifically to protect the eyes when in front of a computer the whole day. I have no problems with my vision but I would like to know whether wearing clear lenses can protect my eyes considering I am in front of a computer every day the whole day. Does Oakley make these kind of lenses?

I found one but it is from EyeKon and Revant for my favorite Holbrook.

Oakley offers clear lenses for a variety of frames. But i dont think the problem will be solved by wearing glasses, because the reason prolonged computer use hurts the eyes is from the strain on the eye muscles, just like reading a book for an extended period.
