Lighting help

I purchased an x-metel single wide and the light it came with is so bright I can't keep it on. It protrudes through the top and I wonder if that's how it's supposed to be. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Don't think thats the correct light, can you post a pic of the tip of the case where light is?

Ok. The one I have has for metel long tabs, I guess you'd call them, going down into the top of the case.
I'll take it apart when I get home and compare to yours.

I'm 99% sure it's the same but, I believe the ballast is different. I'll take a picture when I get home. I'm at work now. Thanks for the help.

Another question I have is what do most of you do with the mirror on case? Move it? It is right in the front of my case.

You can move it, or take it off and sell it if you dont like it.

I just haven't seen many with the mirror on so I can't decide. Pretty sure I like it without the mirror.
