I see no way to get around the multiple account / IP thing. none at all...
3 is a magical number for exposure to regular Oforum users. Im sure most active members here sort by new posts, and see your listing almost immediately. New users typically search for a specific item they like, then they inadvertently bump a two year old thread.

I know you're being humorously sarcastic, but setting up a proxy server would be more trouble than it's worth, IMO, unless you have one already for some other reason. And likely beyond the skillset of many users; heck, x-man still has trouble getting people to fill out a basic order form when they send him their stuff...

Proxies are free all over the net. But yes I have proxy stuff already setup. For work type things. Although I dont sell anything, so I dont bump.
Also, most people posting from a mobile device will have a handful of IPs during the day.
