In my experience you have to pick 2 of the following three:
Fast
Cheap
Good
If you want it fast, it probably won't be cheap or good
If you want it good, it probably won't be fast or cheap
If you want it cheap it probably won't be fast or good

Since you've been looking for a while why don't you help to move this along a little and tell us what you think that a fair price for your grail would be?
Then members that have the frames and components that you need might have a better shot at deciding to cannibalize an XX frame to help you achive your desired effect.
WTB threads possibly should have a WTB price just as WTS threads have to have an asking price.

I chose... CHEAP! Hahaha! But on a more serious note, I haven't even got someone willing to sell one to me. So I never really had a chance to negotiaite.

this will sound ridiculous... I just found a spare X-Metal hammer (right arm only) that I am willing to trade for a X-Metal straight arm if you are interested. Good luck finding yourself the left arm if you pursue this route. Otherwise, it may just cost you an arm and a leg to complete the project. lol
