Lots Of Canadians Wearing Oakleys

So im around the NY/Canada border lately, and everywhere I go Gander Mountain,Walmart,Dicks,Target I see many canadians speaking french amd lots have oakleys , even saw some with the SI ceracote Fuel Cells ,some are old some are like 12 yr olds , Im not used to this I see em everywhere.
