I guess I must be an idiot, too, because I paid JacobL weeks ago, and not only have I not received the item I paid for, I haven't even received an estimate of when the item might ship, despite my repeated requests for such basic information.

Idk any of you personally but I must say there's ZERO excuse for lack of communication..the first thing you receive when shipping is a TRACKING NUMBER so that should be the first info past on..after that it's on the PO

In my case, the seller hasn't shipped anything, so there is no tracking number.
Communication would help, though ...
