Do you guys think a mould was made at one time to make these.and if one had to how do you think the best way to produce a copy from plaster?
I can do the airbrush work on it in volume if needed just trying to figure out the mould part of it.

Could always make a silicone mold of the original and cast them in resin. That's probably one of the easiest and cheapest ways.

The hard part.........getting the model and making the mould without damaging the original.......a 3-D laser scanner might work

Silicone is very mild and usually only sticks to itself. But for sure, I'd be terrified of harming the original. And with silicone you'd have to make a two part mold, not hard but can be a bit of a pain. A laser scanner would be awesome! That thing looks awesome by the way!

It has a special meaning to me because sometimes I feel like that "guy" when I'm working on these frames and I wear a single cartridge respirator like that when painting with the cerakote.
