They're ok for what they are. You can def find better. Go to the X-Metal section here or just search X-Metal here on the forum and you will see what I mean. Of course to each their own, and opinions will vary.

There will always be better models than madman for some, personal preference and all that. Better maybe to ask what are the nice features of the madman.

Madman design is great very light weight, I own one and love wearing it as much as the 1st batch of xmetals.

I've had the Madman and here is my "OPINION". They are very comfortable and have a unique look. It takes a certain kinda person to be able to pull them off, attitude and facial features matter a lot with this frame. As far as better, like everyone says, so far. Better is only in what you find it to be.

Agreed. Comfortable to wear all day. The spring hinge allows for enough flexibility without feeling loose. As far as design you will get compliments or people will cross the street to get away from you which is the reason why I bought them. No one cuts me off, tries to steal my parking spot or attempts to cut in front of me at the express checkout in the supermarket. Make sure you get the ruby lenses. They come in real handy when you quote the movie Taxi Driver at a traffic stop!

Eyecatching, but many have had issues with inadequate coverage. The Tailend, another current round-lens offering, isn't quite as radical but the coverage is much much better, and they're cheaper.
