Mine just arrived today, and the label on the box is the same as that of echav23's.

Love this pair, especially since both the jade and G40 lens are etched with Cavendish! Pics ahead! Switched the jade with G40 to show how it looks like.

Milk after looking at all the labels, yours looks a little.. Different. Maybe like brip said, maybe yours is a mock up/prototype box? Ha!
