My friend can weld Ti, but you have to remember that these are not pure Ti, it might work and it might not.
I'd love to try though.

Wow I never thought about it all there's only a couple used on bikes.sorry for bad info glad no one tried it

We think there using some alloy to allow for better flow in the casting process, probibly a lead and slica additive.
