so how rare are they? I have no idea about the rarity of these finish but this is the only one that I saw for a titanium frame that is not shiny.

Not sure how rare they bro. I do suggest that you keep all the parts though, as most of the titanium finishes I have seen are the shiny finish. I hope you still have all the parts to that one you've got

I love the original matte titanium look I wonder if this is being mistaken for the plasma bone finish?

A photo of my matte titanium in natural daylight. They can look pretty pale in a certain light.

thread revival....just wondering what i have in my possession then.....based on the thread, the other frame is plasma. i bought them this way (seller said ti gold). both have gold x metal etched lenses...

Great pics! It can be difficult to pick out the colours sometimes on these frames and differentiate between a second gen titanium and an early plasma finish. Did the frame have brown rubbers installed when you received it or black? I have both versions of the titanium now and will try and put a photo up also. I've found the later titanium frame in comparison to the early plasma has more of a grey appearance to it. Ill dig them out shortly!
