So when I bought my Jupiter camo frogskins I was a little mad they didn't come with the Jupiter pin and only that little sticker. So I got a hok up and I was able to get the pin for free. Here is a picture of it next to my Jupiter camo frogskins.

If you want to pick one up you should try eBay I see them on there all the time.

So oakley included the pin with some frogskins and some didn't have them?
