    Titanium bracelet is $1500 on the website. ($1000 x.4)+$495 = $900

I think he's talking about the 60% off coupons that made their rounds here and on eBay

I've seen them online... I don't know anything about their legitimacy.

yes, but i believe they no longer work. god only knows how many of us used them along with all the ebay customers!

i had thought about getting a watch but nothing i wanted was 1,000 or less so i opted out and just got a few things to keep and some to sell and recoup a bit of money

I was lucky and the coupon worked for me
But I only got the 2 Ferrari Editions I needed to complete the set and a pair of tailends. But I didnt spend the full $1000

Yes, the coupons worked and yes, now they're shut down. Apparently someone(s) figured out how to generate coupon codes meant for some kind of employee training discount and sold them. I'd assume the people who bought and used them did so in good faith and thus should be okay, but I bet Oakley will be pursuing some sort of legal action, criminal and/or civil, against whoever sourced the codes, be it a hack or just abuse of legitimate access... assuming they can track down who did it.

CupĆ³n is the Spanish word for coupon.
