Anyone have a reasonable explanation why there is a price difference for the different face colours of the minute machines?

a $200 premium for black and silver seems a little odd.

Oakley us has them all for the same price. Maybe an Oakley Canada thing? Either way, it does not make sense to me either.

Who knows why they do this, but they charge more for stealth gear boxes, not as much of a mark up but they do, do it

Stealth versions are powder coated, hence the price difference
