    Got this on CL a long time ago. It was from someone that had connections to an optometrist. The don't use these anymore and he had a few extras. Here's all the info I got on it when I inquired:

    Please have a professional use this kit to retool your rx lenses on the Oakley O-3, this will make their job easier.

    Most labs don't use this stuff anymore with "patternless" edgers.

    Hard to find and made by Oakley before they were purchased by Luxottica
