How long does it take to swap out all washers on an MM?
Less than 10 mins. You need a 2.5mm allen. Do not use ball ends and make sure the wrench is is good condition, no cheap tools. Make sure the wrench is fully seated before loosening/tightening.
edit: Frank is a little slower at screwing but faster at typing. I know, TWSS

Try not to over tighten either

So you're saying don't use my Makita hammer drill w/2200 rpm? Whew, yall saved me a whoopsie.

What can I say? I like to take my time screwing. ;)
