My Experiments In Rust

RonkPM! I'm a completely new one to this kind of stuff. Is there a way you could PM me how to did this? I have an old pair of Antix I'm looking to try some stuff with and would love to try rusting them out. I've read that you can manipulate batwolf icons into Antix frames so I'm kind of thinking rusted out frames, dark lenses and the sunrise batwolf icons! Thanks in advance!

@RonkPM, I've been inspired by what you've done here. I've ordered some paint and have unpacked the old air brush. I'll be trying my hand and experimenting on doing these finishes on some project frames.

Finest rust finishes I have seen yet!!!!

Now you have to do a pair in POR15 or KBS coatings!!!

I bought a new Fuel Cell yday and Fire iridium lenses to make a rust decay pair of my own. Below are the list of steps that I'm thinking on doing, so if anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated.

1. Sand the frame with 2000 grit sand paper to remove the paint without damaging the material
2. Spray a primer
3. Spray an iron paint
4. Apply Rust activator (non spray)
5. Apply clear coat
