My first pair of Plates - Dark Silver/Black Iridium

Yay! Finally got my first pair of plates which were pretty much BNIB for an excellent price! Perhaps even comparable to @Migs the Scientist great deal!

Anyhow, got them the other day, and I was a little surprised at how small they were in real life. I guess it was a bit like meeting Tom Cruise in the flesh. On celluloid, they seem gigantic and larger than life, but in the flesh, they're actually pretty small and petite!!! LOL.

Anyhow, they're only slightly larger than Juliets, and are a bit tighter. I guess, that's a good thing, because there are no rubbers to hold them firmly on your head!
