Those aren't Edge, they're Path. Edge has a distinct... edge to the corner and a flat profile.

Correct as usual! I always use the term "Edge" for the frames with no jet ports. My communication error.

Not much. They aren't a retail color, nor do they have any features that are particularly desirable. Unless you found someone wanting that specific frame color in a straight stem. Sadly, they were likely well over $150 when new, you might be lucky to get 1/3 that.
