Need help identifying an O-matter frame

I am dealing with a seller who has a few pairs to sell but doesn't know much about them. He said there aren't any numbers inside the arms, only "Made In USA". Prices are right and "no scratches" but it would be nice to hear more about them and values. I do not know the name of the 1st pair and have no idea if the 2nd pair of Minutes with the flower are worth much. Thank you for any input.
