Need help identifying model

A friend and I visited an Oakley store today and it made me think of my pair I bought in the late 90s or early 2000s. I dug them out and I need to find some new lenses for these. Could someone help me identify the model for these? Thank you so much.

I like picking up Oakley Polos, we have an outlet here and I usually get them for around $15.

I've been thinking about picking up a pair of holbrooks.

Thank you. The lenses don't quite block out what they used to. But they are 15 years old or so.
