Need Help Identifying What Model Sunglasses

Hi,

I bought this sunglasses back in 2008 in Europe (Croatia)
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the model of these sunglasses as I want to get some replacement lenses for them. Or let me know if I can even replace these lenses. Any help is much appreciated.

It looks like there's a good aftermarket for them, but I'm not seeing any original lenses with a cursory Google search.
