Need Help With A SW

Picked up a single for cheap. Needs some TLC it's missing the lights and locks. Anybody have advice on putting new lights and locks in?

I don't know about the locks, but for my case I used the DIODER light kits from IKEA to light the display stand. They are low heat-emission LED lights, so they won't ruin any of your glasses!
