Need Helping Solving A Mystery...

So I was at the Oakley store today and at the counter they had the carabiners. As interesting as those were I was more interested in what they were being kept in. It was like a metal wire basket similar to something you would see on the front of a bicycle. I haven't seen anything like them before, and I'll be honest I really want one. Any know the proper name of these or anywhere they are going for sale? Or have one and can throw some pictures up of it for a better look? Thanks...

They are new, I saw them last week at HQ and this weekend at the Las Vegas Vault... Tried to score one, but NO DICE!!!!

Yeah I figured they were new. Too new for anybody to have one laying around I guess, I really wanted one.
