Need ID Possible Fast Jacket

I saw a couple people wearing these at Oktoberfest but I couldn't put my finger on which model they are.

I think they are fast jackets?

They came with two different lens styles.

The one in the picture is the standard lens. The other style is the XLJ.

Except it's ugly fraternal twin, the Eyejacket 3.0. Man that thing was ugly. I almost couldn't get rid of mine. Glad i did, LOL!
