Need Replacement Lenses For Original Fives

Buddy gave me a pair of his Ducati Fives that have scratched lenses. Looking for a pair of replacement lenses for these. I couldn't find anything for the five and am unsure if the five squared or 3.0 will work. The lenses do not have to be Ducati but want a pair so I can wear them. Any help is appreciated.

Which Five do you have, the original Five did not have a Ducati edition? The Five 3.0 and the Five Squared I believe are the same, the change was from the eliptical Icon to Square O, but the lens shape stayed the same (although I'm not postive).

i know this is an old thread now. but just trying to ask if OP is still looking for five lens??? i have 2 pairs of A five 3.0 ruby and fire.
