The crown should have a screw-down feature for water resistance. Looks like your crown is pulled out to the adjusting time setting....try gently pushing in while turning clockwise to catch trhread....?

They need to just offer the band for sale. I could just switch it out on my automatic gearbox or my titanium carbon gearbox.

That titanium band should have been on that watch to begin with. It looks killer. I have got to have one in my collection. It may take me parting out my rubber-banded automatic, but I am going to have that titanium band.

I never liked the gearbox. But when I saw the ti band, I later on realized I lied to myself.
