No serial number on Juliets

Hi All,
I was curious about my pair of Juliets, I believe they are Gen 4 or of that era, and purchased through the Oakley Standard Issue program.
My pair has no serial number on the arm so I was wondering wether this was because of them being a SI pair or another reason.

Gen 4 no Serial number, Then Gen 5 has the Sku Number and the 55-21 designation which is an Orbital Measurement I believe.
