Notification Emails....

Is there a setting or way to get an email when a Notification is received?

I have it set up to send me a instant notification when i get a PM and a update in a subscribed thread. you click setting on the top then under my settings on the left you click general settings you hit Email Notification of New Private Messages that should do some extent of email notification
