Oakley and Arnette

In Aus Oakley amd Arnette are the same distrubutors. Is this also the case in other countries?

Both Luxottica brands, so quite possibly the same distributors in most territories.

When I went to headquarters in June there were Arnett company vehicles along with Oakley Vehicles in the parking lot.

I think any Oakley/Arnette relationship is done as far as reps go. I think Arnette is tanking pretty bad right now.

We were discussing Arnette in the chit-chat thread last week - Arnette was founded by a former Oakley designer; when he originally left and started Arnette there was a lawsuit claiming his initial design was stolen from Oakley.

But Arnette was bought by Lux in 2000 and Oakley was bought by Lux in 2007 so it's all one big family, happy or otherwise...

Well, though he never admitted wrongdoing, Arnette paid Oakley $750K to settle, so that says something...
