Not for everyone, some have a better finish. such as: Two barrel (and all other skate shoes),
Arctec, teeth (both square when the 5) etc.

So, you should look for any existing redirection shopping service in Brazil, which can arrange for you. In other words, you make a purchase on the site, send the product to them and they send you.
