If they had some XS bibs I would have been all over that deal

FYI, Oakley's Team Dimension Data cycling kit is not pro quality. But Oakley has lowered the prices further, so that bib shorts and a jersey add up to about $100. At that price, it's a good deal.
Besides, you can't race in it, anyway.

A good kit for $100 is a steal, but if the quality isn't great then its not worth it. I'm partial to Hincapie and Castelli kits.

It's definitely not the equal of the high-end, pro-style product lines from Hincapie and Castelli.
But it's good enough to be comfortable when riding an indoor trainer, and I can't say that about any other $60 bib shorts I've tried.
