Straight Jacket 2.0 costs $250 AUD from the Oakley custom store in Australia yet only $150 from the US. I'd love a friendly fellow Oakley enthusiast to make a custom order for me in the US and post it to me in Australia. You will be fully reimbursed by me either before the order is made or after you receive it from Oakley (up to you I don't mind). I'd like 2 x Straight Jacket 2.0s in the configuration as shown below. I think he means that one of the sellers ships what you bought from him to the other seller. Then that seller ships both items to you, so you don't have to pay international shipping twice...only the domestic shipping from seller #1 to seller #2. He's trying to save you some money.
