I wouldn't be surprised if this is some consequential action to JJ's upcoming brand, which broke out timely after the previous layoffs; opens that possibility that he's trying to compete (though I still doubt it) or wants to acquire the property again.

Someone from HQ was in our Vault last week because our Vault is near Lux HQ in Mason, OH. He said that the intention is to keep HQ at One Icon open for manufacturing and R&D but they're moving most of the business offices to Lux in Mason. Hope this helps put your minds at ease for now.

HQ is staying open, Lux moved all day to day operations to there main hub in mason Ohio, all R&D is staying in HQ so they can soley concentrate on new EW Concepts. This from a inside source
