So I am looking to buy this pair of Juliets that were just serviced at HQ. Is it just me or did they mess it up?

I would say that's a home made job there. Do you know for sure they were done by oakley or just word of mouth

The seller says they were done at HQ and I have no reason not to believe that. I have heard of HQ screwing things up before pretty badly.

Almost looks like 2-part epoxy being squeezed out.

I just got a pair back from hq that were the same. The put the rubber in wrong and when they put the rivet through it shredded the rubber making it pretty much worthless.
