It isn't Oakley it is made by a company in Finland that mostly specializes in winter sport equipment.

Thank you all for the replies. He had them listed as Oakley Oneway but has now dropped the Oakley name from the ad. He was also selling Fast Jackets. Looks like he is a cycler and used both for his sport. His comments about the OW:
"Super lightweight sunglasses, best I've owned so far (upgrading to Oakley jawbreakers)".

I am going to pass on buying them because they aren't Oakley but here's the ad for anyone interested:
