Oakley reissues? How do they determine what is issued?

Is it by customers demanding them? or an Oakley council meeting that determine what is re-released?

I hear they do it by what looks most similar to the Ray-Ban Wayfarer.

but really, Blades were a case of being of the first pairs and an Anniversary celebration. Some of the that Wires that came back, I'm not too sure as I personally aren't as into them. I see Oakley as a company that tries to stay forward (sans Frogskins because they're just too popular) so reissues aren't something I totally expect from them.

I wish they would have reissued something cool this holiday season. I hate wire frames almost as much as I hate Frogskins.

Isnt that sad? Frogs are the most popular Oakley frame of all time, and they are nothing more than a copy of someone else's design.

That is more of a reflection of human nature unfortunately. I miss the radical designs of years past but I doubt they will be re-issued.

I believe the wires were re-issued after many years of customer demand is allegedly why that series is back.

Wires were always a great seller for Oakley back in the late 90's and early 00's.

I could see them re-releasing the original Eye Jacket in 5 or 10 years. Would Love a re-release of The Trenchcoat.

Presumably they rerelease based on popularity the first time round. They're not going to release something that was a flop first to out
