Sure, I`ll try to provide some more meaningful pictures.
The custom cut lenses were Big Tacos, bought from a forum member here (salj838 - oakleyonthespot). They are in perfect condition, but can`t describe condition 10/10, because they are custom cuts and have been mounted already ;-)
