Oakley RX/Prescription Frames Modified by Optometrist?

Does anyone know whether or not the frames on sunglasses are modded by Oakley or optometrists when installing RX to account for thickness in RX lenses?

In other words. Will I be able to swap back and forth between RX and sun lenses without issue?

I have swapped out Rx A Wires, and Rx Wiretaps (Gen.1) with no problems...
