You can buy it from a US tactical dealer and have it shipped yourself to NY?

Yes I do. I didn't read whole thread so I'm not sure what you are looking for but these look different from jawbones and I haven't removed the lenses so I'm unsure if they are silimar but the shocktube comes with a tool to open them up Which the jawbone of course doesn't. I'll post more pics of each
