I placed an order on Oakley SI website over the weekend and received a confirmation email. If I log into my account though, the status is "call customer care". Is that usually a backorder issue?
From my dealings with Oakley's customer care department a message like that could me a lot of things but it does not mean a definite backorder is the issue so I wouldn't get to worked up about it . Just give them a call on Monday and I'm sure things will work out.
