Oakley Thump MP3 player will not able to recharge

My Oakley Thump MP3 sunglasses just won't able to recharge. Is the battery dead ? It keep blinking forever when the USB Oakley cable plug into computer. Normally it will stop blink when it is fully charged. Anyway to fix this ?

A guy from florida who has an ebay site repairs, refurbs, and makes aftermarket parts for thump and orokr. Not sure who he is. I will look.
