Oakley Time Bomb II Watch and Juliet Collector's Set?

I believe the set came out just after the trade, it was suppose to be tied to Ichiro (that is why there are only 51 sets), but the trade did something to that and it never panned out. Rather than scrap it, Oakley just put them out as a limited edition.
