    So are these glasses New never used etc or returns? also If once they get here they are damaged lens bad etc Im out? can not send back to replace them? let me know thanks :)

    They are new items, just discontinued or otherwise. They should be brand new never used.

    As stated above brand new. .. Just got 2 gas an s from Vault still had plastic on one stem BnIb... Put ice in one and emerald in other.

    Not everything is "brand new" in the DE case. They get handled by customers. Ive bought pairs from there that the employees put new lenses into them due to scratches. This is in store though.

    Im guessing you are referring to an online purchase. They are not going to send you a used or damaged pair, if there is damage on reception contact them.

    The big thing to know is if the eye ware is considered DE, if so then yes it's final sale and it can't be exchanged or returned. If just discounted eyeware then it falls under the normal return policy. Check with your local Vault on the exact glasses you want.

    Stores do online returns as long as they weren't custom eyeware. Vistit your local store as no associate will be able to promise a return until they see the product in person.
