I'm not actually sure. I don't have much experience/familiarity with the Asian fit stuff. These all come with the 2nd nosepiece.

Yeah that should be the only difference. The lenses for Radarlocks only come in one "fit".

I just bought a couple of Asia fit Radarlocks recently because they were colorways not available in regular fit. All I had to do was swap out nose pads.

Actually, I find the "Asian fit" nosebombs suit me well, and I'm waaaay more Celtic than Asian.
The lenses seem well away from my cheeks and eyelashes, as I prefer.
