Paint fumes effecting Oakley frames or lenses?

I painted the room where I store my Oakleys. The fumes got bad. Probably killed off what little brain cells I had

The fumes were still pretty potent the next day and I wondered if it would have any negative effect on Oakley lenses or frame material?

Does anyone know?

(Water-based) latex or oil-based (alkyd) paint?

Latex - almost certainly no.

Oil-based - if it's possible at all, it's more likely with this one.

But really I can say for certain nor have I heard of it happening. If I was forced to put money one way or the other, I'd guess you're safe either way.
