Penny Tune Up ???

I have a pair of custom black pennys i purchased from ebay. I have had many pairs of pennys and these are not fake. They were striped and coated flat black. They look amazing with my blood red lens.
The problem i have is that the nose bridge on one side is a little loose so i sent them to oakley and they told me since they were customized they could not tighten them.
So does anyone know someone else that could tighten them or does anybody know how to do it themselves?

I know it's possible, i just heard it's a royal PITA to do it. There's a guy that posts pretty frequently on the Oakley FB fan page with his custom swaps. I can't remember his name, but maybe if you search through the posts, you can find him and ask.
