PIC REQUEST: Ten (X) Brown Tortoise/Gold Iridium

Ah yeah Rust that would be good, would love a pic of them being worn as I'm worried they will be too big

They're a LOT bigger than Monster Dogs. I'll dig into my photobucket and get you a pic of me wearing Flak XLJ and a similar shot wearing my Ten.

Be warned, the Ten is about the biggest pair Oakley makes.

These are cruddy pics, but should help. I don't have the Flak anymore, I can compare the Ten to something else when I get home. M Frame, Radar, New Frog, XXmetal, Half Jacket, Eyepatch. I do have a Tortoise/Gold NewFrog pair to give you an idea of how the combo looks.

Thanks heaps Rust! that puts things into perspective well, I think I can pull them off provided they are similar in size to the fuel cell?

I don't own a Fuel Cell, so I'm only going off having tried them on.

The Ten stems fit a lot nicer since they thin out and are more contoured and rounded.

The orbitals are a bit bigger with the Ten, or maybe it's just that my nose sits deeper in the frame. I have issues with coverage in the bottom outside corners with most pairs, and the Ten fits me well and provides a bit more coverage.

The lenses of the Ten have a good amount of curvature and look a little bug-eyed from head on. The style definitely isn't my favorite, but the fit for me is good enough that I'll give a little on looks. They feel almost too round for the aggressive features on the orbitals, which then doesn't match the more fluid-styled 'clumsy' stems.

I always suggest you should try any frame before you buy.
