Well Referee, I sure hope that your story has a happy ending too. Just hang in there and remember that if a seller has a reputation here that many other members are vouching for him, it must be true that he indeed is a great guy to do deal with. It may be just one instance and we're all human and can make mistakes. I'm sure that courier companies on either side can be contacted and the situation could be explained to them and one can also get their side of the story.
