Pitboss - Fakes?

Hi,

I am thinking these are fake- oakley pit boss Black And Silver Good Condition Polarized Lens | eBay

However i shall bow to superior knowledge in this one?

I didn't think that they came with screws? Or have i got it mixed up?

Its a pretty bad fake too. The discoloration on every part of the frame is horrible.

you can also see in one of the first pictures of the right earstem; it doesn't quite line up correctly. even if it is pulled fully open I don't see that horrible mismatch disappearing

The best part is that it's not from Canada for a change.
